Your Position

Manage and coordinate technical aspects of the On- and Offshore Substations.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure the reliability and availability of all technical equipment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement efficiency improvements.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Coordinate a Team of technical professionals, fostering a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Organizing planned and unplanned maintenance activities, ensuring minimal downtime and maximizing energy production.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement technology upgrades and innovations that enhance overall operational performance.
Prepare and manage budgets for technical operations, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising safety or quality.

Your Profile

Bachelor Professional (Meister) or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Proven experience in project management within the renewable energy sector, particularly offshore wind.
Strong understanding of HV/MV/LV electrical systems, supplemented by core knowledge of auxiliary systems like HVAC, Fire Fighting, Cranes or ICT.
Excellent project management skills, with a focus on safety and operational excellence.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal in German and English.
Project management certification (PMP, Prince2) is a plus.
