Your Position

  • Manage and coordinate technical aspects of the On- and Offshore Substations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure the reliability and availability of all technical equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate a Team of technical professionals, fostering a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Organizing planned and unplanned maintenance activities, ensuring minimal downtime and maximizing energy production.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement technology upgrades and innovations that enhance overall operational performance.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for technical operations, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising safety or quality.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor Professional (Meister) or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in project management within the renewable energy sector, particularly offshore wind.
  • Strong understanding of HV/MV/LV electrical systems, supplemented by core knowledge of auxiliary systems like HVAC, Fire Fighting, Cranes or ICT.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a focus on safety and operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal in German and English.
  • Project management certification (PMP, Prince2) is a plus.
